Vesali is made by CodeVowels LLC. You can delete your Vesali account and its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Vesali and sign in.
- Open the menu, then Settings.
- Tap Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.
A patient account is deleted immediately. Doctors see Close my account. New bookings stop at once, and we close the account within 30 days after arranging care for patients with upcoming visits.
Without the app
Email contact@codevowels.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Vesali account". We reply to confirm, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, email, phone number and photo
- Vitals, visit summaries (medicines, tests, advice), insurance and emergency contacts
- Favourites, reviews, notifications and payment screenshots
- For doctors: listing, verification documents, wallet details and QR codes
What is kept
- Upcoming visits are cancelled, and your doctors are told.
- A doctor keeps their own record that a past visit took place and what was paid, under the name it was booked in, because clinics must keep such records.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
