These terms are an agreement between you and CodeVowels LLC ("we"), which makes the Vesali app. By creating an account you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. What Vesali is
Vesali helps patients find doctors, book visits and keep their visit records. Vesali is not a healthcare provider. Medical advice, diagnosis and treatment come from your doctor, who is responsible for them.
In an emergency, do not use Vesali. Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
2. Your account
- Give true information, and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You may delete your account at any time in the app.
3. Patients
- A booking is a request until the doctor confirms it.
- Please cancel in the app if you cannot come, so the time can go to someone else.
- You pay the doctor directly, at the clinic or to the doctor's own KBZPay or WavePay. Vesali does not collect, hold or refund these payments. Questions about a payment or refund are between you and your doctor.
- The doctor may add charges for tests or treatment at your visit. You will see each charge in the app.
- Reviews must be honest and about a visit that happened. We may remove reviews that are abusive or false.
4. Doctors
- You must hold a valid licence to practise, and the documents you provide must be genuine. We may refuse or remove any listing.
- You are responsible for the care you give, your prices, your listing and following medical and professional rules.
- Use patients' information only to care for them, and keep it confidential.
- Paid plans are subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. They renew automatically until you cancel in your store account. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Vesali: no false bookings, impersonation, harassment, spam, attempts to access other people's data, or interfering with the service.
6. Availability
We work to keep Vesali running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Vesali is provided "as is". We are not responsible for medical decisions, for the conduct of doctors or patients, or for payments between them. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
8. Ending
You can stop using Vesali at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
